This historical style has been reproduced in silver plate by Gerity of Ohio. This silverplate ladle features a replica rat-tail design, as well as shell shaped bowl, typical of punch or serving ladles from the late 1700s. The Gerity brand further adds to the charm and authenticity of this post-1940 vintage piece, making it a valuable addition to any antique silver collection. Measurements for this fabulous creation are: Length from top to bottom=12 inches, Handle width at widest=1-1/8 inches, Bowl holds approximately 3/4 cup and measures width=4 inches, Height=3-1/4 inches.
