The metal is worked to develop a defined geometry while intentionally preserving an irregular, highly textured surface. The finish is achieved through manual interventions and fusion/deposition processes that create accumulations, porosity, and variations along the entire structure.

The legs adopt a vertical, load-bearing configuration, with a variable section that emphasizes the contrast between geometric control and surface randomness. The structure is not fully refined: imperfections are deliberately retained as part of the piece’s language.

The marble top is introduced as both a visual and structural stabilizing element. Its worked and polished surface contrasts with the roughness of the metal, establishing a balance between mass, texture, and tactile perception.
