Exceptionally beautiful, rustic, antique workbench made of solid wood, lovingly restored and transformed into a characterful piece of furniture. The original piece dates back to around 1900 and was carefully refurbished during the restoration. The spindle is not functional. The base was newly crafted and perfectly color-matched to the original workbench top – a harmonious blend of authenticity and craftsmanship. The interior is clean, well-maintained, and pleasantly scented, with ample storage space behind several doors and drawers. The robust worktop bears the typical signs of wear from past craftsmanship, giving this piece its unique, rustic character. Ideally suited for use as a sideboard, kitchen buffet, dresser, or counter unit. Care instructions: For maintenance, we recommend occasional wiping with a slightly damp cloth (without cleaner) and re-oiling or waxing the surface once or twice a year with colorless furniture wax or hard oil. This will protect the warm wood grain and preserve the surface's natural sheen.
