Modernist Art Deco sculptural table/bedside lamp, circa 1930. Rectangular wooden base with a small push-button switch; square, chromed metal stem supported by a Saturn-shaped globe; the stem is set at an angle, forming an arch and supporting the light blue opaline glass shade (a later addition), with a swollen, undulating, embossed lantern shape. Beautiful design, quality, and excellent condition!
