The case features a classic two-over-two drawer configuration with hand-cut dovetail joinery and solid wood drawer construction. The drawer fronts showcase pronounced ray fleck and cathedral grain patterns characteristic of quarter-sawn oak, while the top is finished with softly rounded edges.

The original brass bail pulls and ornate key escutcheons remain intact, adding warmth and authenticity. The lower case is elevated on turned legs with working casters and finished with a gently shaped serpentine apron.

The mirror is supported by shaped side standards and retains its original form, offering both function and architectural presence.
