This is an extremely unique and cool piece!

This piece has a strong architectural presence—reminiscent of studio works in the style of Curtis Jere and other 1960s–70s design house artists—featuring fragmented metallic textures suspended behind a warm amber-toned mirrored surface. The effect is both sculptural and luminous, reflecting light in a way that brings depth and atmosphere to a space.

The composition is rich and dimensional, with what appears to be layered metal foils and textured elements sealed behind glass, creating a “shattered” abstract cityscape feel. It functions equally as wall art and as a mirror, adding warmth and movement to a room.

The piece is housed in its original substantial wood frame with a gold-toned finish and deep profile, giving it a shadowbox-like presence. The back retains its cork backing and original hanging wire.

A faint signature is present in the lower right area (see photos), though it is not fully legible—typical of studio-produced works from this period.
