A quintessential example of Scandinavian Mid-Century Modernism, this large nesting bowl features the celebrated "Berså" (Arbor) pattern. Designed by Stig Lindberg for Gustavsberg in 1961, this is an original mid-century production piece, not a modern reissue.
The bowl is crafted from "Bohus" white vitro-porcelain and features a continuous wrap of the iconic Birch Green leaf motif. The vibrant, warm green pattern retains excellent saturation and serves as a bold graphic statement for any tabletop or open shelving display. This is the larger size in the nesting series, making it ideal as a fruit bowl or a centerpiece serving piece.

The exterior leaf decals are crisp and vibrant. The interior glaze is bright with a high-gloss finish. No chips, cracks, or repairs.
