This elegant piece masterfully combines a sleek modern silhouette with authentic antique Chinese artistry.Finished in rich, glossy black lacquer with gracefully curved “waterfall” edges on the top and ends, the table features multiple exquisite antique Coromandel lacquer panels hand-inlaid into the surface and visible sides. These 19th-century-style panels are intricately carved and gilded in shimmering gold, depicting classic Chinoiserie scenes: misty mountains, stylized swirling clouds, ancient arched bridges, pavilions, trees, and serene figures in traditional robes (scholars and attendants).
