Classic Danish modern dining chair with sculptural crescent backrest in solid teak. Designed by Harry Østergaard; produced by Randers Møbelfabrik and imported by Maurice Villency, New York.
A Danish modern dining chair designed by Harry Østergaard for Randers Møbelfabrik, Denmark, circa 1960s.
This example features the designer’s signature crescent backrest, softly tapered legs, and a well-balanced, architectural silhouette. Crafted in solid teak with a warm, even tone.
The original black upholstered seat provides contrast to the frame and remains in good condition.
Maker’s stamp and Maurice Villency import label present.
Ideal as an accent chair, desk chair, or to complement an existing set.
