Raymond Rowley King was an American Postwar & Contemporary artist, b.1927-d.1984
Raymond Rowley King (1927–1984) was a California-born artist who studied at the Chouinard Art Institute in Los Angeles. He painted while serving four years for a heroin conviction, later opening a San Francisco studio before fleeing to Sweden in 1964 due to parole violations. He died in San Francisco.
