An original extendable table from the Interwar Period (ca. 1920–1940).
A solid, classic piece of furniture with a very functional, simple design – when extended, it reaches a length of 287 cm. For 12-14 people
Dimensions:
Length: 140 cm (folded)
Maximum length: 287 cm
Depth: 109 cm
Height: 77 cm
Inserts:
3 elements (2 × 50 cm + 1 × 47 cm)
The inserts, in my opinion, were added later; they fit quite well and are stable.
Features:
Original folding system on wooden guides
Metal locking hooks under the tabletop
Additional support legs when unfolded
Solid, traditional carpentry construction. This table is made of ash, pine, and walnut veneer.
Style:
Classic/rustic
Utility furniture from the interwar period
Condition:
Good, stable. Everything has been cleaned and resealed several times with a hard, eco-friendly German wood oil. Visible veneer repairs on the tabletop, dents and scratches not noticeable. Signs of use commensurate with age.
