"Agorà" chair designed by Paolo Favaretto for the Italian company Emmegi.
The Agorà chair is an iconic design, in production since 1973, and is considered
an example of longevity in design.
It features a die-cast aluminum and metal frame, while the seat and backrest can be made of wood, plastic, or, as in this case, upholstered in fabric.
The design features distinctive aluminum side frames that secure the shells, forming a graphic architectural profile. The version you see is an office/desk chair with armrests and a caster base.
The seat is height-adjustable.
Designer Paolo Favaretto and the company Emmegi have received numerous international awards and recognitions for their designs.
