Taking inspiration from cypress trees of his native Southeast sculpturer and artisan Mark Lebanc created this sculpture from cast molds taken from from the trees the deep south is most famous for. Created via a labor and time intensive process of hand-carved lost wax casting, hand-poured pure bronze and hand-applied liver of sulfur that all lead to unique, one-of-a-kind appearance that allures and grabs the viewer's attention from any angle.
