Refinished Scandinavian teak sideboard / credenza on tapered legs, made in Denmark c. 1960s.
At 79" wide and 42" high, it is perfect for a large, high-ceilinged dining or living room. Handles are sculpted into the face of the sliding doors, imparting a subtle and minimalist look in spite of its size. Beveled edges add another layer of texture.
The central compartment, flanked by a smaller cabinet space and a column of removable tray-style drawers, offers three large adjustable shelves.
A beautiful and elegant piece that remains as functional today as it was sixty years ago. Scandinavian design at its finest.
