Designed to showcase the historical development of the golf ball. Arranged in a semicircular fashion above this tray are six miniature golf balls, each representing a distinct stage in the evolution of golf ball designs, from early forms to the modern dimpled ball. It is made from a dark stained wooden base with a central depression, highlighted by a brass plaque in the center that reads “Development of the Golf Ball”. It also has a brass plaque in front of each ball featuring the name of the ball and date. This display serves both educational and decorative purposes emphasizing their distinct historical significance. This tray measures 9 3/4” long by 6 1/2” wide by 3” tall. It is in great condition.
