A charming set of three 19th Century matching Italian footstools of walnut. Each square stool is finished with gold tape trim at the base of the plush upholstered body, providing a clean visual transition to the frame. The squared legs are slightly splayed and tapered, cut from dark-stained walnut.
Sets of three are uncommon and offer genuine flexibility in arrangement, working equally well flanking a fireplace, grouped before a sofa, or distributed individually as accent pieces.
Upholstered in Jim Thompson's Liana Palm fabric (colorway JT013753003), a luxury linen-ground textile featuring repeating vertical palm frond motifs rendered in cord on a vivid emerald background.
