Form-Light lamps are in a class of their own when it comes to the materials used and the quality of their craftsmanship. They weigh about twice as much as comparable lamps and are incredibly durable, often looking brand new.

The lamp is in good condition, with some peeling paint on the inside. The lamp is made of solid copper.
The lamp has been thoroughly cleaned, and the cable has been replaced with a new, braided one. A new metal canopy is included.
