A decorative French kingwood vitrine cabinet dating to around 1900, richly mounted with ormolu mounts and topped with a white marble top
The cabinet features a central glazed display door opening to reveal shelves lined in decorative red fabric, ideal for displaying porcelain, glass or decorative objects
The sides are also glazed with curved glass panels, enhancing the light and elegant appearance
The lower panels are decorated with Vernis Martin style painted scenes of pastoral landscapes, framed by gilt bronze mounts and delicate mouldings. The cabinet stands on graceful cabriole legs with ormolu mounts and sabots, typical of French Louis XV revival furniture
