Vintage General Electric & Hull Pottery Lidded Refrigerator Dish
This 80+ year old vintage refrigerator dish was produced by a collaborative effort between General Electric and Hull Pottery. It was produced during the 1930s - 1940s and came with the purchase of a GE Monitor refrigerator. This lidded bowl was made from vitreous china, which is designed to be non-porous and to prevent the absorption of food odors. This refrigerator dish has a light gray bowl with a bright, light yellow lid. It is art deco in style and can still complement contemporary kitchenware.
Measures ~ 3" H x 6" top diameter.
It is in great vintage condition with normal expected wear. There is a scratch on the lid that is difficult to see but can be felt. There is a very small area near the bottom of the bowl where the gray appears darker that is also not easily seen. Please view the photographs.
