The Pavo model represents one of the most recognizable expressions of Poli's poetics: a sculptural composition constructed by layering frosted glass sheets onto which, like a luminous constellation, small Murano glass cubes are arranged, hand-applied and arranged in an irregular pattern that creates a suggestive interplay of depth, transparency, and reflections. The crystalline transparencies interact with delicate amber and gold hues, generating a sophisticated interplay of depth, reflections, and luminous vibrations. When turned on, the light diffuses through the glass cubes, creating a highly elegant atmospheric effect.
