This wonderful and unique piece was produced by the mastery of barovier in murano, italy, during the late 1940s. Fully original and in amazing condition, with no chips or cracks. The brass has a beautiful, uniform warm golden patina that has not been polished in order to preserve its charm and historical value. The chandelier features a solid brass structure that holds at the center a large flower-shaped shade in mouth-blown glass. The effect when lit is simply spectacular, highlighting the clarity of the blown glass and the sinuous lines of the curved brass. The chandelier has been re-wired and tested and is compatible with both us and eu/uk standards. It uses a single e26/e27 light bulb. A luminous work of art, perfect to elevate a mid-century, art deco, or contemporary interior with a touch of timeless italian elegance.
