This square coffee table from the 1960s demonstrates the power of simplicity. A calm silhouette, beautiful materials, and precisely the right proportions. The tabletop is made of rosewood veneer. This wood is known for its deep, warm tones and pronounced grain. Dark and reddish-brown shades run across the surface, creating a vibrant yet balanced look. The veneer is laid in a mirrored manner, giving the grain a subtle rhythm. Beneath the tabletop are four slender chrome-plated steel legs. They are set slightly inward, creating a small edge around the edges. This detail adds airiness to the design and allows the tabletop to visually float above the frame. In our workshop, the table has been carefully inspected and refreshed. The rosewood veneer has been carefully treated to beautifully highlight its grain and warm color. The chrome has been cleaned, and the table stands stable on its original nylon protective feet. The table is in good vintage condition and is ready for daily use.
