Very excellent overall condition.

The iron base has a forged, hand-worked texture, which naturally produces subtle surface variation and irregular edges that are inherent to the manufacturing process.

There is a small rubbed area near the lower portion of one leg above the base (visible in photos). This appears to be light surface wear and does not affect the structure or stability of the table.

There are also minor edge irregularities and light marks consistent with the forged iron construction and normal handling.

The granite top remains in very good condition and presents beautifully. See less
