This original mixed-media abstract painting by J. Kent Martin is inspired by aerial views of farmland and the ordered patterns of roads and city streets. Built through layers of paint that are scraped, eroded, and stained, the surface reveals intersecting forms and textures that evoke the geometry of cultivated landscapes.
Painted on reclaimed masonite panel and professionally framed, this unique original artwork is ready to hang.
The original art is 18” high x 14” wide with a finished framed size of 19.25” high x 15.25” wide x 1.5” deep. Each piece is signed, titled and dated by the artist on the reverse side.
