Originally used in the wine regions of France for tasting and evaluating wines, vigneron tables were designed with tops that could tilt upright when not in use to save space in cellars and tasting rooms. This example retains its classic construction with a sculptural triangular brace stabilizing the tilt mechanism and a solid walnut trestle base ending in shaped shoe feet.
