The iconic eclisse table lamp, designed in 1965 by vico magistretti for artemide, is one of the most famous italian design classics of the space age period. The lamp is characterized by its spherical construction with a hemispherical base and a rotating internal reflector that allows the light output to be adjusted. The housing is made of orange lacquered metal, embodying the typical color palette of the 1960s and 70s design era. The compact form and clean geometry give the lamp a playful yet timeless appeal. The original manufacturer's mark, artemide milano – modello eclisse – design vico magistretti – made in italy, is located on the underside.
condition: good vintage condition with age-related wear. Light scratches and minimal wear to the lacquer. Technically tested and fully functional.
