Red vintage Bent Karlby ceiling lamp designed for Indoor lamps in the 60s. It has a red metal perforated cap and a shade of satin opal glass. There are two screw bulb holders in the lamp. Dimensions: h x d = 46 x 12 cm.
This lamp is documented in the Indoor catalogue of 1967. Indoor was the Dutch importer of high-end lighting pieces in the 1950s, 1960s and later eras. It is in a very good condition with minor signs of age and use, loss of paint on the inside of the shade.
This beautiful ceiling lamp is still in very good condition with small fleabites on the rim of the glass, not noticable as it is on the inside of the lamp, where the glass falls into the metal holder. I have official proof of authenticity such as vintage catalogs,
