This large-scale vintage Scandinavian table lamp from the 1970s is defined by its architectural clarity and natural material presence. Crafted in solid pine, the base is constructed as an open-frame structure composed of three slender vertical posts connected by rounded cylindrical spacer elements, rising from a wide circular disc foot. The composition reads almost like a small wooden pavilion — geometric, balanced, and quietly sculptural.

The honey-toned pine displays pronounced natural grain throughout, reinforcing the Nordic emphasis on honest materials and simple construction. The cylindrical posts and rounded connector blocks create a rhythmic verticality that feels both structural and decorative.

Above, a generously scaled gathered dome shade softens the geometry below. The off-white fabric is pleated from a rounded wooden finial cap, creating subtle radiating folds that diffuse light warmly and evenly.
