Balancing mid-century restraint with a gentle decorative flourish, the lamp stands on a slender black stem rising from a brass tripod base, the three splayed legs gently arched and terminating in small rounded feet. The brass has developed a mellow patina, lending warmth and subtle contrast to the darker stem. The overall structure is refined and minimal.

The cylindrical shade is decorated with an arrangement of pressed flowers and leaves set against a translucent parchment-like ground. In tones of ochre, soft amber, faded red and muted green, the botanical composition has a naturalistic, almost herbarium quality. When illuminated, the shade glows warmly, highlighting the delicate veining and textures of the preserved foliage.
