The lamps by Gordon and Jane Martz are noteworthy for their subtle shaped and refined forms with elegant glazes and detailing. This pair of matched lamps are model 165-30 with a dark brown satin glaze (165 denoting the base design and 30 the glaze). The bases are a pleasing combination of ceramic and walnut and both lamps retain their original walnut finial.
