This captivating brutalist mid-century find brings the energy of a jazz solo into three dimensions. Sculpted from wiry metal and a lightweight composite, the trumpeter’s form is abstracted with a surreal, Daliesque twist—all elongated limbs and rhythmic grace. Though unsigned, the workmanship speaks for itself. It’s the perfect visual accent for any music lover’s sanctuary, especially alongside a cherished record collection. Set upon its wooden base, the sculpture stands 22 inches tall (10" deep, 7" wide) and is in great vintage shape.
NOTE: I am not sure of the material but maybe fiberglass which was very popular in that era.
