Exceptional covered sugar bowl from the Stamford tea ware line designed by Clarice Cliff and produced by Newport Pottery England. The piece is hand-painted in the striking “Secrets” pattern, one of the vibrant decorative schemes associated with Cliff’s celebrated Fantasque Bizarre line of Art Deco ceramics.
