This item is an Art Deco bronze sculpture of a dancing woman, typically attributed to or produced in the style of Austrian sculptor Josef Lorenzl.
Artist/Style: Designed in the Art Deco style, frequently associated with the Viennese sculptor Josef Lorenzl (1892–1950).
Cast bronze with a golden or bronze-colored patina. The figurine is mounted on a marble base.
My parents had her in their living room for a very long time and she has always been admired but it's time for a new home for her.
The current signature on the base of the sculpture is not congruent with other signatures on verified pieces. I honestly like this stylized version of the sculpture better than the original done by Lorenzl.
