A fine antique gold & bloodstone or heliotrope ring
In 14 karat yellow gold.
By Jones & Woodland of Newark, NJ (active ca. 1930 - 1950).
With a bezel-set bloodstone cabochon to the center.
Marked to the shank.
Simply a wonderful ring!

It is in overall good, as-pictured, used estate condition.
Condition Details:
Monongramed to the shank. The cabachon is ever so slightly loose in the bezel and wiggles just a tiny bit when moved now and again. Otherwise, there is some light edge wear, some fine & light surface scratches and other signs of expected light wear consistent with age.
Marks:
Marked to the shank with a monogram to one side, and with a 14k fineness mark / halberd head to the other side.
Fineness:
Marked 14k for gold fineness.
