This is a Reinhold Schlegelmilch RS Germany chocolate pot that comes with four chocolate cups and two saucers. It has a blue backstamp that is dated 1920 to 1945. I do not have a pattern name. The pot is green with white flowers, gold trim and a matching lid. The lid is broken as shown in pictures 7 and 8.
The pot measures 4.00 inches wide and is 8.25 inches tall to the rim, 9.75 inches tall to the top of the lid.
Each cup is not quite 2.25 inches across the rim and is 3.00 inches tall. The cups have some gold trim on the flowers that the pot does not have.
Each saucer is 4.75 inches across.
The lid is broken on the inside rim as shown.
One cup also has spot on the right side that looks like something spilled on it or a firing defect. The spot is vertical and looks like something went through the paint or the finish. No other cups are affected. One saucer has a green speck in the finish.
The set has no other chips, cracks, or damage and no crazing. The gold trim is intact with no signs of wear. The set is marked as shown.
