First, I have to say, this chocolate pot is the green version of one I have in blue (# 264150 and a very close match to another one I have in a very similar, but reversed, green and white color (#27144).
This is a white and green chocolate pot marked Gerard, Dufraisseix, and Abbot. This backstamp is dated 1900 to 1953. The chocolate pot has a pink flower design, a lot of gold trim and fluted top edge. I don’t know if this is meant to be something, but there is a flattened spot on the handle on the lid that looks like it could have been a flower.
The chocolate pot measures 5.00 inches wide and is 10 5/8 inches tall to the rim and 11 7/8 inches tall to the top of the handle.
This chocolate pot has no chips, cracks, crazing, or other damage. There is no gold loss on the handles or rim that is noteworthy (other than age) and while the bottom rim is dirty-it is intact. The pot is marked as shown and the lid is an exact match.
