Florence Knoll Four-Position Credenza in Ebonized Oak on a Polished Chrome base with a Polished Calacatta marble top. Purchased from Knoll in 2006, and I have been the sole owner.
There are four storage cabinets with eight adjustable shelves, and one extra shelf bracket.
The Calacatta Marble top, no longer available from Knoll, has an off white background, and features gold organic flecks with veins varying from gold to green and grey.

The marble top was cracked in the center and professionally repaired. The crack is along some veining so it’s very difficult to notice and doesn’t distract, see photos. This happened while the top was being moved separately from the body and base of the cabinet. less
