Constructed in solid pine, the cabinet is fitted with three interior oak shelves. Its tall and narrow proportions reflect its original functional purpose, while allowing it to integrate easily into contemporary interiors.

The door retains its original hardware and functioning lock. The exterior presents a naturally developed blue-grey patina with surface wear consistent with age and workshop use.

with an interior depth of 27 cm, the cabinet offers practical storage for linens, tableware, pantry goods or smaller household items. Its restrained design and honest materials are characteristic of early 20th-century French utilitarian furniture.
