Set of 2 dining room chairs made by the dutch furniture factory awa almelo, 1950s-60s
designed by louis van teeffelen in solid rosewood and teak
great organic design of the backrest connected with 2 copper rings on the back legs
on the bottom is the meubelfabriek awa sticker: goede constructie en goede arbeid (good construction and good work)
top dutch mid-century design
the chairs are upholstered in off-white leather, which gives a beautiful contrast
dimensions: 80cm h 52cm d 47cm w 46cm seat height this piece has an attribution mark,
i am sure that it is completely authentic and take full responsibility for any authenticity
issues arising from misattribution
