19th century scandinavian hand carved center table circa 1880.
beautiful quality swedish center table, quarter veneered flame mahogany top surface slightly over-sails the shallow apron and beaded border, supported by a turned stem and standing on 4 profusely carved scrolling legs, which are decorated with acanthus leaves and carving.
ideal to be used as a center table or as a lamp table in the living room. deep rich colour.
some areas of restoration to the veneer on the surface top which have been photographed. recently hand re-polished in our workshop. ready for everyday use.
