This is a white Jean Pouyat Limoges Chocolate pot. The right side has purple hand painted flowers with green leaves. One side of the lid has the same purple flowers. The left side of the chocolate pot has pink hand painted flowers and green leaves. The other side of the lid has the same pink flowers. Not only are the flowers a different color, they may be completely different flowers. The pot has two gold painted handles and both handles have some gold wear.
The pot measures 4.50 inches wide and is 7.75 inches tall to the rim and 9 3/8 inches tall to the top of the handle.
The chocolate pot is clean inside with no damage or staining. There are no chips, cracks, or other damage. It is marked as shown. The Jean Pouyat mark is dated 1890 to 1902.
