Delicate Murano blown glass candlestick, entirely handcrafted, green in color, created with the addition of iron oxides and silica. The two circular rings at the base and just below the mouth of the candlestick are beautiful, perfectly circular. The skirt at the center of the candlestick's body is also very beautiful, also entirely handcrafted. The clear mark of the pontile under the base, the iron to which the piece is attached for insertion and removal from the kiln during the various stages of production, confirms that this is an entirely handcrafted object. The candlestick dates back to around the mid-20th century and is unsigned. This piece is attributed to the mentioned designer/maker. It has no attribution mark and no
official proof of authenticity,
however it is well documented in design history. I take full responsibility for any authenticity
