An original 1995 painting by Fielden W. Harper titled "Cottage Window, Ireland." This evocative work captures the quiet intimacy of an Irish cottage interior, where soft morning light spills across textured plaster walls and a blue-green window glows against muted earth tones.
Executed on a solid wood panel, the surface features rich impasto texture and layered brushwork, creating depth and movement across the composition. The tactile quality of the paint enhances the atmospheric light and shadow, giving the piece a contemplative, almost cinematic stillness.
The work is inscribed on the back. An original artist business card from Santa Monica, CA remains affixed to the reverse.
Ready to hang as it is.
