Meticulously restored set of eight mid century modern “Eva" dining chairs in teak by Niels Koefoed, made in Denmark by Koefoeds Hornslet c. 1970s. All chairs have been expertly refinished and fully reupholstered in a dark chocolate aviation grade leather from Aeristo’s Belvedair collection.
Eva is remarkably light and dainty but also durable and comfortable. The slatted backs bend slightly inwards towards the seat, providing a subtle but welcome amount of lumbar support while enhancing the aesthetic of the chair’s profile view.
Simple, beautiful, and practical, the Eva chair is a timeless icon of Danish Modern design. This fully restored set is in like-new condition, ready for another lifetime of use.
Note: the side chairs and armchairs are identical in their dimensions with the exception of their width. The armchairs are 21 inches wide, while the side chairs are 18.5 inches wide.
