The individual seats are re-upholstered in a ochre yellow teddy fabric.

the spindle chair is also called a “barrel chair” because of its barrel shape. A classic example of the vienna secession and the early modernist style from the early 20th century.

the chairs are very sturdy. The black lacquer has some wear. A sought-after collector’s item!
