This beautifully executed watercolor by an artist that was only 15 years old at the time of painting according the label on the reverse. Completed at the art studio of the Youth Creativity Center in Chelyabinsk, RSFSR. Dated pre-1980s and reframed more recently. Some light marks to the wood frame. Torn dust papers have been taped for protection.

Measures 16.25" high by 11ʺ wide.
