Description:
Custom commissioned in 1991 for a private collector, this architectural display cabinet was conceived as a refined presentation system for fine objects.
Executed in three modular sections, the cabinet features museum archival UV protected glass panels, adjustable shelving, and integrated interior lighting that beautifully illuminates displayed works while preserving them from harmful exposure. Clear glass without green tint. Milo Baughman brass plate authentication inset in cabinet.
The silhouette is defined by strong vertical proportions, articulated lower trim, and a pronounced upper cornice, lending the piece a formal yet versatile character.
Ideal as a library cabinet, ceramic display, gallery vitrine, or statement storage element in a traditional or transitional interior. Originally used as a display cabinet for antique doll collection
