The painting is signed lower right Ramos Castillo and is dated 1957, with handwritten inscription on the reverse noting the title “Camino entre Cerros” and the location Maipo, Chile.

The work is presented in its original rustic wood frame, which shows honest age-appropriate wear consistent with a piece from the 1950s and adds to its character. The reverse retains its original paper backing, which is loose in areas and shows expected aging, including minor tears and staining. The backing has been intentionally left intact as part of the work’s original construction and provenance.
