a very beautiful and rare set of eight dining chairs, designed by niels o. Møller and manufactured by j.l. Møllers møbelfabrik in denmark. Model 71 was first introduced in 1951 and is considered one of the earliest and most significant designs in the møller collection – a milestone in danish furniture history and the beginning of a design series that remains highly regarded today.

the delicate dining chair is distinguished by its elegantly curved backrest, crafted from multiple layers of molded veneer, creating an exceptionally sculptural yet harmonious silhouette. This elaborate construction ensures not only visual lightness but also exceptional seating comfort. The clearly proportioned solid wood frames underscore the craftsmanship and timeless elegance of this design.

all chairs have been expertly refurbished and fitted with new, hand-woven seats made of original danish paper cord. The wood has been re-glued and varnished, and boasts a beautiful, authentic patina with only minor signs of age-related wear.
