Rare original armchair, designed in 1968 by Niels O. Møller and manufactured by J.L. Møllers Møbelfabrik in Denmark. Model 65 is considered one of the most exclusive and complex designs in Møller's oeuvre and embodies the late phase of Danish mid-century design at the highest level of craftsmanship.

Characteristic of this model are the fully upholstered backrest and the elegantly curved, sculpturally shaped armrests, which give the chair a modern, almost architectural silhouette. The solid teak wood frame was carefully handcrafted and impresses with its finely crafted transitions and balanced proportions.

The chair has been reupholstered with new, high-quality material. The seat and backrest have been reupholstered in a luxurious wool fabric from the premium manufacturer Kvadrat. The wood has been freshly oiled and is in very good, well-maintained condition with minor signs of age.

Condition: Very good vintage condition – professionally restored, reupholstered, and reupholstered. The frame is sturdy, cleanly glued, and shows only minimal, authentic signs of wear. An extremely rare collector's item and an outstanding example of Danish furniture craftsmanship, ideal for high-end living and dining areas.
